Bridging the Gap: Automated Ramps for Inclusive Commuting
In February 2023, La Trobe University conducted additional trials on Rofraus Automatic Ramps at the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) Laboratory in Melbourne. Persons with different disabilities from the Australian Federation of Disability Organisations (AFDO) and representatives from the Department of Transport and Planning Victoria have been invited to test the Rofraus Automatic Ramps.
These trials were co-funded by iMOVE CRC, Australasian Centre for Rail Innovation (ACRI), National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) and La Trobe University.
